July, 2019: Dio Wine Bar and Odd Provisions are thrilled to announce their new collaboration: Odd@Dio. Starting on Friday, July 19 Dio will toss their food menu out the window for good and embrace Odd Provisions food with open arms. Next time you come in for your favorite glass of natural wine, you can pair it with tried and true Odd Provisions items like a spicy salami sandwich with herb pesto and fennel confit or a watermelon radish & snap pea salad with garlic chive chèvre. And for the ride or die Dio fans, don’t worry, Odd Provisions has your cheese and charcuterie needs covered. Finally, for all the folks asking where they can buy the stellar wines they’re tasting at Dio, you’ll be able to place special orders through Odd Provisions! Really, what is there not to love? As women-owned businesses with a passion for good food and minimal intervention wine, Odd@Dio couldn’t make more sense. So get the Odd Provisions at Dio Wine Bar experience starting July 19 and every night after that.


January, 2020: We’re excited to announce a new collaboration with Southeastern Roastery! Local coffee roaster, Southeastern Roastery, is permanently taking over the Dio Wine Bar space during the day-time on Fridays, Saturdays, and the third Wednesday of every month. Owner Candy Schibli will pour her fresh, high quality, and seasonal coffees from 7am-1pm along with a small selection of tea and freshly fried donuts. Southeastern Roastery is a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), and Candy is a certified Q Arabica Grader, member of the Specialty Coffee Association, and member of the SCA Roaster’s Guild. Her crafted coffee roasts – drawing from her passion for open-minded exploratory, mindful, and holistic experience – can be tasted in each cup. Candy curates sense-focused specialty coffee experiences for culinary and inexperienced palates seeking human connections through coffee’s story.
