(PAST) Takeover with Ken Albert of Iapetus

Iapetus is Vermont wine produced in close relationship with the environment. They make red, skin-contact, and pet nats from hybrid grape varietals bred to grow in cold climates, like Marquette and La Crescent. We will be pouring all of the Iapetus wines (including three different pet nats) by the glass and in flights all night long.
